Behind the male-dominated MGA team, you will find Effie. After completing her studies in Sociology in 2010, she started working as an Office Administrator and Social Media Manager at a Real Estate Agency in Chania, Crete. Two years later she moved to Melbourne, Australia, where she had the opportunity to work alongside renowned Directors of a multinational company in the field of Project Management as the Department Office Manager. The five-year hard work and thirst for knowledge provided her with valuable insights into management strategies, process optimization, staff management and project and event coordination. As soon as she returned to Greece, she started working as an Office & Marketing Manager at the Monterno Patisseries in Chania, where she met Nikolaos Koutsoukos, who was the Production Manager at the time. Shortly afterwards, in January 2018, came the collaboration proposal with MGA, where she is now in charge of the Marketing and Communications. Effie holds Diplomas in Business Administration, Project Management and Digital Marketing from internationally recognised institutes in Australia and the UK. She is also following the latest trends in the areas of digital marketing by taking part in relevant conferences and by continuing her training through specialised courses.
