Son and grandson of bakers, Olivier Magne grew up in the “flour” of the family business of a small village in Auvergne, France, starting at the age of 15.
After twenty-four years, Olivier becomes a trainer at the National Institute of Confectionery. It’s where he meets his partner, Florian Argoud, with whom he creates Farine & O.
Olivier gets his Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) title in 2015 and since he has been sharing his time between his Parisian bakeries and his advisory activity all over the world to convey his know-how.
